RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact your seller to request a refund or exchange.
If your seller has made an error in your order, any refund/exchange will be made at seller's expense.
If a refund/exchange is requested that is not due to seller error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred in any additional transactions resulting from refund/exchange.
General practice is that no refund/exchange will be issued till the book or books have been returned to the seller. Additionally, only the cost of books will be refunded/exchanged. Any shipping charges incurred will not be refunded.
Having said this, any refund/exchange will ultimately be negotiated between the seller and buyer, and nothing is etched in stone.
